These terms govern access to the Inefable Events website and use of its portal. By accessing or using them, you accept these terms and agree to use the services lawfully and responsibly.

The portal is reserved for people invited or authorised by Inefable Events. You must protect your access links and credentials, refrain from sharing them with third parties and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the data and documents they submit are accurate, lawful and appropriate for planning the event, and that they are authorised to process third-party data such as guest or supplier details.

Connecting Google Calendar is voluntary. You must connect only calendars that you are entitled to view and modify. By authorising the connection, you allow the portal to access and synchronise events from the selected calendar and, when you enable the relevant option, export tasks to that calendar. You may disconnect the integration at any time.

Synchronisation also depends on the availability and terms of Google's services. Although we take steps to keep it current, you should verify any critical appointment or deadline directly in Google Calendar. Disconnecting stops future access, but events already exported may remain in your calendar until you delete them.

You may not use the website or portal to infringe third-party rights, introduce malicious software, attempt to access other people's data, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or carry out unlawful activities.

We may perform maintenance, correct errors and update features or these terms when needed. If a change materially affects use of the portal, we will communicate it through reasonably available channels.

The texts, designs, trade marks, photographs, code and other proprietary elements of the website and portal are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, distributed or reused beyond permitted uses without authorisation.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, including specific information about Google Calendar. Cookie preferences can be managed on the website.
