You have done all the groundwork and you want someone you trust to take the reins on the big day. When preparation starts is tailored to each case and agreed in the quote. We coordinate the suppliers you have already booked, and put together the timings for the day between us.
I'll be there on the day, running it exactly as you planned it: the set-up, the pacing, the music, the meal, the guests and the surprises.
All you have to do is enjoy it, dance, laugh and live your day. I'll take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work outside Catalonia?
Yes. We travel wherever it makes sense for the celebration and adapt the production to the place.
How long before should we get in touch?
For the inefable experience, ideally between 10 and 14 months before. For coordination, we can come in at a later stage.
Do you work with your own suppliers?
We have a network we trust, but we choose each team according to your style, budget and needs.
What is the payment process like?
After the first meeting we prepare a bespoke proposal with phases, amounts and a payment schedule.
Can we contact you outside office hours?
During production we agree clear channels and rhythms of communication. Urgent moments always get an answer.
When do we start preparing your wedding coordination?
We do not set a single timeframe for every wedding. When preparation starts depends on each case and is agreed in the quote.
How I prepare your proposal
I do not publish rates. First I get to know you, then I prepare a personalised proposal and present it in person. Its scope depends on the service, celebration days, guest numbers, design complexity and travel.
What should you check when comparing proposals?
Check that they cover the same service and celebration days. Look at what they specify about design and travel, and which costs belong to other suppliers. With Inefable's full wedding planning service, suppliers invoice you directly.
Does coordination include planning the wedding from scratch?
